

Immersion Heater with USA-plug. Adjustable 42-56°C temperature.
Suitable for use in the fermentation of mash and wine. Enzyme acitivity will increase in the mash if the temperature is maintained at 50°C initialy. Before yeast is pitched, to start fermentation, the temperature should be allowed to drop below 35°C.
