Thank you Matt from @lospoblanos to let us share these lovely pictures! We fell in love with the breathtaking pictures of the Inn, Farm and Restaurant! After reading about its History and Architecture, we can only say that we are proud to see our alembics in such wonderful hands.

From June's first distillation of the season:
"Today was our first lavender distillation of the season. Using 30 lbs of lavender, we anticipate the final result to be about 3 gallons of hydrosol and 1 lb of oil. We harvest and distill all summer to obtain ingredients used in our artisan lavender product line."
