"What is a hydrosol? Basically it's an herbal distillate, also called floral water. Hydrosols are very cool because they carry the essential oils AND the water soluable constituents of the plants, which is far more sustainable than extracting essential oils on their own (they take a LOT of plant material to yield a very small amount of oil). This still is loaded with nettles, I'm experimenting with a nettles hydrosol to make shampoo!"
