Healing Fern

"Healing Fern was founded in 2014 on Amelia Island by Yoga instructor and aspiring herbalist, Meghan Norman. Fresh out of Yoga Teacher Training, she began creating herbal self care products to enhance her own health, as well as the health of her friends and family. Due to increasing popularity of Meghan's Infused Herbal Oils, Sol Spray, and Hydrosols; she began selling these products online and in a few of local establishments on Amelia Island where they continue to be highly sought after.

In 2015, Meghan met her "sun sister" Brandi Whitehouse - @drbrandiwhitehouse and the two soon realized they shared an all encompassing passion for wellness and healing arts. Weekends at the beach quickly turned into long conversations about leading wellness retreats where people could experience outdoor activities like Yoga, surfing, gardening, and stand up paddle boarding as well as; various herbal workshops on making tinctures, medicinal teas, aromatherapy applications and more.

In 2018, Meghan and Brandi decided to team up and turn their beach conversations into reality and the "Sol Sessions" were born. The first "Sol Sessions" retreat will be hosted in Rincon, Puerto Rico in March of 2020. It is to 5 night, 6 day, all inclusive women's retreat that is focused on Yoga, surfing, and herbal workshops."
