Kieselsol (Fining A) and Chitosan (Fining B)
Clearing agents for the clarification of grape and fruit wines prior to racking or distillation.
Add Kieselsol to wine after the addition of stabilizer and once the wine has been degassed, stir well.
Chitosan should be added 1 hour after the addition of Kieselsol, stir well. Wine should clear once it has been allowed to stand for 24hours.
Sufficient for 25 L.
