"Dear Sirs, I’m glad to let you know that this morning I received the copper alembic that I’ve ordered just last Wednesday! It was a pleasant surprise to get such a speedy delivery. The packing is excellent and I can say it reached me in perfect condition.
I’m usually rather apprehensive to buy anything on the internet for fear of being disappointed if the product turns out not to be as good as the ‘picture’! But in this instance I can say I’m 100% satisfied with the design and workmanship.
