Portuguese Chestnut barrel includes:

• Barrel 50 L
• Stand
• Spigot

Finest quality Portuguese Chestnut barrel with wooden stand and spigot. A short period on chestnut for wines is recommended as there is greater chestnut transfer with smaller barrels. For spirits a longer time on chestnut is advisable.

Medium toast.

Treatment: Our casks have not received any varnish or cosmetic treatment that would otherwise compromise the ability of the chestnut to breathe and impart the richness and smoothness so characteristic of select Portuguese Chestnut.
