"Created to provide a local gin to local people and is currently Windsor's only gin distillery. The first gin developed was The Windsor Batch which is made all year round. It is our version of a classic London dry gin and has flavours of Lemon Balm, Lavender and Rosemary. In 2020 The Windsor Batch was awarded a bronze award by The International Wine & Spirit Competition - IWSC. The Tarbay Botanist also creates seasonal varieties of gin throughout the year using botanicals that are home grown or locally sourced where possible. We believe that all our different batches are flavour balanced gins rather than just gin with added flavour. The Country Garden is a summer gin with flavours of quince, elderflower and lemon and The Fireside is a winter festive gin with flavours of tangerine, cinnamon and spice."
