Such a lovely life story, culminated with a delightful distillery in Badachro, a small hamlet on the south side of the Gairloch, in Wester Ross in the Scottish Highlands. "We make three outstanding gins here at our Highland gin distillery, nestled in the hamlet of Badachro, overlooking Badachro Bay below, to the east and reaching out towards Skye and the Outer Hebrides to the west. The Badachro Distillery is small, but perfectly formed – as are our gins, which are handcrafted from beginning to end, from the foraging for the botanicals, to the hand labelling and recording the batch and bottle number, before our distiller gives his seal of approval with his initials."
