"Alpine Distilling Gin Experience at 350 Main is a fun and intimate way to learn about the art of distilling and history of Gin, all while expanding your aroma sensory skills. The Experience takes place at our micro-distilling location in historic Old Town Park City and includes a four-course dinner by 350 Main's chef Matt Safranek. A friendly introduction to our copper stills, hand made in Portugal by a 10th generation craftsman. Your still of choice will have a hand in your personal gin creation! While your batch is cooking, we will walk through the history of gin, distilling, and the science of aroma sensory."
