"I have been teaching and distilling all week. I harvested rosemary and distilled through the rotating column alembic. It was perfect when distilled in the copper alembic. I distilled the rosemary as a hydro distillation. That is, I placed the plant directly into the alembic, with the column dismounted. Filled the alembic with water, put the lid in place and cooked away. The results were very good."
