"Fairham Gin, from Penwortham in Lancashire, was launched in 2021 by owners and distillers Liam Stemson and Ellis McKeown. As a forward-thinking distillery, they aim to create modern craft gins that celebrate the juniper. Their Editions boast a contemporary take on a traditional dry gin in their own unique way, with juniper always being the star of the show and being complimented through the use of botanicals and processes that may not be used by other distilleries."
