With the Split Top Column Alembic Still you Will be able to retrieve essential oils and hydrosols using the steam distillation method. Day 2 of essential oil and hydrosol distillation. We had a special treat as our instructor distilled yarrow in her copper alembic still from Portugal. Apparently copper is reactive and absorbs polycarbons, resulting softer scent profile.
