Distillerie C'est Nous

"C'est Nous is a small batch distillery based in Normandy, France.
Created by Julie, a French and David, an English ; the idea came after leaving London and finding a very small choice of craft gin when arriving in France.
Having put careers in hospitality and sommellerie on hold, the idea for C'est Nous was born.
Distillery C'est Nous was created in the summer of 2016 with C'est Nous Gin arriving in late October 2016.
We distill using a traditional, hand-made, copper alambic using traditional methods."
