"2020 turned the world on it's heels and we ultimately lost the venue. After a brief period of "what now?!" we firmly dug into an exciting new venture - Distillation. This progression only felt right, after all, spirits has always been our passion! In the beginning of 2021 we were granted everything we needed and for us to move forwards, we needed to realign and reshape our structure. Thus Whitewood was born from Underwood's early work and our lovely little Alembic still was fired up for the first time for us to produce the subsequent batches of our dry gin, and begin experimentation for some amazing new products."
