"We are based in the Nature Reserve of Strunjan on the coast of Slovenia. All plants are grown, harvested and processed at home by loving hands. The land we tend is EU Certified Organic - mainly growing olives, persimmons, pomegranates, and artichokes among various fruits, and vegetables. Olive oil is made in-house, as well as persimmon vinegar and liquor - these are available by request or locally at Kmetija Giassi."
