"Our Whisky One Project has set out with One single goal in mind. Make the best possible New Make Spirit by sourcing the finest English Malted Barley, Unique and Interesting Yeast Strains and the best casks available. This journey has lead us to helping build our own English Oak Casks, hand turn our own English Floor Malted Barley and propagate our own yeast cultures. This is all comes together on our 100% Copper Pot Still, distilled super slow for maximum Copper contact resulting in an extremely smooth and luxurious Single Malt New Make Spirit. Taking Cuts at both Wash Run and Spirit Run phase and not reusing Feints creates an aggressive cut where only the very best see's our specially selected Casks."
